Tasting Notes
The 2008 Hayfork is rich in color, with aromas of cassis, black pepper, brambleberries, and honey. On the palette there is black cherry, raspberry, cedar and wood smoke, followed by a nutty finish. This wine is our most balanced vintage yet, demonstrated by a substantial and lasting tannin structure felt mid-palette.

Tasting Notes
The 2008 Hayfork Petite Sirah is inky purple with aromas of black currants and dark plum. On the palette these fruits are joined by clove, anise, and cedar - all of which nicely coalesce with an earthy undertone.
